We had a catch all of events; Grandma Biswell's b-day, Father's Day and Dalton's b-day. I think that Papa like's his new chair and it looks like Spiderman sure likes his Papa!!!
Our 4-H group volunteered at the recycling center on Saturday. The kids would unload the tubs, boxes and bags from the cars and then sort out the recycling. They also got to stomp down the cardboard trailer and enjoy some kite flying in their down time. Here are some more action shots and some "resting" shots as well. And no day would be complete w/out rock collecting!
Introducing.....Copper. Tarik got to name him (he calls him Copperhead). We stopped at a yard sale and this is what we came away with. Please note that I did say no thank-you at least 3 times before I caved. :)
Poor, poor spotty Em!! After four days of fever she broke out in a rash. She was completely miserable until those spots came out. The doctor said it was just a summertime viral thing, no big deal. And thank goodness she wasn't contagious!
Dalton received high praise for his carrot chopping ability-he was very proud. Our children love this canning class, it's 3 days of chopping, cutting and canning. Oh and food!!! I think these pictures are all from the strawberry jam day.
Here are some pictures from the O'rama, the first ones are of the children occupying their time. It was a long, long wait for them to sit still and be good. They all did pretty well-we had Tarik, Wyett, Mesa, Brylee, Kelby, Emmitt and Laney. And here we have Kelby w/ her 3rd place in purchased casual and Mesa w/ her 4th place purchased dressy. And there were at least 10 or 12 other girls competing!!
